  • The Dialogue Key Support Team will be available online with response period within 24/7.
  • You’ll get almost instant access to knowledgeable and friendly people who are dedicated to giving you the best service whenever you need it.
  • The Dialogue Key Support Team are on hand to provide informed service in English and Russian.

  • You can expect honest, polite, friendly and professional service - always.
  • Dialogue Key Support staff are all well trained and experienced professionals.
  • We will always value you and your time.

HELPFUL

  • Our Dialogue Key Support staff is fully trained and experienced in helping our members find the answers they are looking for. If you are looking for a particular service, they may ask you a few questions to determine how best to provide you with the service you are looking for.
  • Dialogue Key Support staff will use your preferred contact method often as possible (email, telephone or app) but if the matter is urgent or requires another contact method, these may still be used.

CONFIDENTIAL

  • Dialogue Key Support staff will strive to fulfil your requests with the sensitivity and discretion you would expect from an international network, but if you have any particular requests of a sensitive nature, please make these known to us in advance.
  • Dialogue Key will ensure that any and all of your personal data is entered, stored, accessed and updated securely and with full discretion at all times.

DEDICATED

  • Dialogue Key may contact you directly via telephone or email during your membership of our community and we do this only to evaluate how satisfied you are with the quality of your experience with us.
  • Dialogue Key staff may provide an online feedback solution via our website along with periodic questionnaires and surveys to ensure we are fully aware of your questions and concerns as a member.
  • Dialogue Key staff will acknowledge your feedback/comments, and will follow up, where appropriate, with you directly about the points you have brought to our attention.
